Heavy-duty steel bollard also features as a cigarette disposal unit.  Cigarette disposable hole measures 1-1/4" diameter.  Removable top is connected to steel container for holding cigarette butts.  Top is lockable with a padlock (padlock not included).  Includes a durable powder coat safety yellow finish.  Base plate includes four pre-drilled installation holes.  Installation hardware sold separately.
